I am a firm believer that all organisms have an innate drive towards balance, wellness, and homeostasis. What stands in the way of our body's natural drive to heal and thrive is often a combination of developmental and shock trauma including but not limited to Adverse Childhood Experiences, socioeconomic status, lifestyle, and genetics. While these challenges are often complex and difficult to overcome, the right approach paired with patience, care, and commitment can deliver incredible outcomes in restoring balance and health. If you're like many of my clients who come to me after years of traditional psychotherapy frustrated and hopeless about the prospects of a significant and sustainable recovery. 


Bottom-Up Approach 

Our bodies are works of miracles that hold the wisdom and keys to our health and well-being. A body-centric approach aims to bring balance to the body to allow the body's innate healing mechanism to activate and heal many chronic states of imbalance. Once the balance is restored, we work through cognitive processes to identify and release old survival mechanisms that inhibit well-being and growth.

In my practice, I take a personalized, holistic, and multi-faceted approach to support your body and nervous system back into a state of homeostasis. We all have different bodies, lifestyles, and needs. When it comes to effective and sustainable health, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. In my practice, we work together to identify your specific needs and craft a plan that is right for you individually. During this process, we will review your blood panel report, biofeedback results, and take into account your cultural, genetic, and religious preferences to craft a plan that is right for you. 


Sustainable Wellness Plan

Restoring and maintaining balance and wellness is a life-long practice. My goal is to EMPOWER my clients in taking charge of their health and well-being and reduce or completely eliminate the need for ongoing time, energy, and resource investment to maintain sustainable results. During our time together, we work to create a life-long plan to support your well-being and empower you through various self-practice modalities to BECOME YOUR OWN HEALER.
